Drop Danishes
1/4 c. margarine (I used butter), softened
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. Milk
1/4 jam
GLAZE: 2/3 c. powdered sugar
1 Tbsp. warm water (I used cold milk)
1/4 tsp. vanilla
Cheese Filling:
4 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice

Mix the margarine, sugar and Bisquick til crumbly. Add milk until dough forms. Beat 15 strokes and then drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets. Make a shallow well in the center of each and fill with one teaspoon of jam (or cheese filling). Bake at 425 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. While warm, drizzle with glaze.
