Gorgeous Gifts for Mom on Mother's Day from Mary Kay! {Review & Giveaway}

Mother's Day is quickly approaching and it is time to start thinking of what you are going to give your mom. I wasn't aware of how close Mother's Day actually was until recently and then the search was on for a gift! Mom's love being remembered and they LOVE getting gifts that express just how special they are to you. I remember always wanting to either give something or do something special for my mom on Mother's Day and it didn't matter what it was, she was always so thankful. She has 6 children and we all try to honor her in some way on this very special day of the year.
This year, Mary Kay has some wonderful, pampering gifts that any mom would love to receive and I am going to share them with you all today! Mary Kay is a long-time favorite of mine and I have always loved their makeup, lotions, perfumes and other products. If you are looking for high-quality beauty products, Mary Kay has you covered from head to toe! Recently, I learned of their latest collection of beauty items that is premiering a week from Friday - on March 15th! This collection is called Zen in Bloom and it is gorgeous!

Recently, I was sent some products from this new collection, along with some other tried and true Mary Kay favorites that will pamper and truly treat your mother to a wonderful Mother's Day and I have the privilege of sharing them all with you today!
So, for this review I was sent:

Limited-Edition Mary Kay® Nail Lacquer in Pink Bamboo and Blue Lotus
Limited-Edition Mary Kay® Lip Lacquer (in Chai Latte) with Mini Retractable Lip Brush
Limited-Edition Mary Kay® Zen in Bloom Obi Clutch
Mary Kay Thinking of You Eau de Parfum & Body Lotion
Mary Kay Satin Hands Peach Pampering Set
I was so excited to try these products out!! I am a HUGE nail polish fan (as is my 4 year old daughter) and the other night, we had a "girl's night" and I treated her and I to a little pedicure.
I used both of the nail polishes from the Zen in Bloom Collection ~ Pink Bamboo and Blue Lotus. For my daughter, I applied the Pink Bamboo and she LOVED it! For me, it was Blue Lotus. Now, I am not a blue nail polish wearer and I am still not sure if I love this color or not. I have had it on now for several days and now that I am used to it, I kind of like it. It is a very light and pastel blue polish that really looks fresh and pretty...just like spring! I may just wear it alot this spring and summer. :) Each of these nail polishes from the Zen in Bloom Collection will retail for $9 each.
The next product I tried was the Mary Kay® Lip Lacquer (in Chai Latte). This is unlike anything lip product I have ever used before. I thought "Hmmm...a brush to apply lip gloss?" Yep! This Lip Lacquer comes with a Mini Retractable Lip Brush that you use to apply the gloss.
So, all you do to apply is run the brush over the surface of the Lacquer. Then, start in the middle of your lips and use the brush to sweep the color to the outer edges of your lips. The result is a gorgeous and super glossy look! I love the Chai Latte color too. It is a like a pinkish/nude color and mmmm...it's perfect! LOVE it! The Limited-Edition Mary Kay® Lip Lacquer with Mini Retractable Lip Brush will retail for $16 and will also be available in a Pink Pagoda color.
The next items I tried were the Mary Kay Thinking of You Eau de Parfum & Body Lotion. Wow. These are so gorgeous. Everything from the scent to the packaging is perfect. The perfume comes is an adorable little box, tied with a brown ribbon. This set would be a wonderful gift for any mom!!
For me, I think the perfume was too strong but I am really REALLY picky when it comes to my perfume. If I use a little, it is wonderful but I have to be careful not to cross over that fine line of wearing too much. The lotion was amazing...it left my skin feeling super silky and scented beautifully. I loved smelling it throughout the day. I am not certain of the price of the lotion, but the Thinking of You Eau de Parfum retails for $30.
Last but certainly not least I tried the Satin Hands Peach Pampering Set. Ladies, let me tell you this set is awesome!! It comes with three different products: a Hand Softener, Hand Scrub and Hand Lotion that is said to last up to 24 hours.
Today, I tried this set out for the first time and I cannot believe how soft and supple my hands feel. The first step I did was to use the Hand Scrub. All of these products are peach scented (except for the hand softener which is unscented) and the scrub is SO wonderful. I rubbed it all over my hands and between my fingers and then rinsed it off. After doing that, I applied the softener and the lotion. Wow. The smell was amazing and my skin is still soft even after using the products over an hour ago! For the mom who needs softer hands, this gift set would be perfect for her and it retails for $34. DEFINITELY worth every penny in my opinion.
I am so excited about the Zen in Bloom Collection that is premiering on March 15th...be sure to stay tuned to Mary Kay's website for the big announcement as to when you can order your very own set...it also has a gorgeous clutch that you can get as well...so pretty! You can also keep up with Mary Kay on their Facebook page and Twitter page as well. I am always pinning my Mary Kay reviews as well so be sure to check out my Pinterest account (and Mary Kay's Pinterest as well!!) and look at my board entitled My Reviews to see more of my Mary Kay pins!

So, in my opinion...Mary Kay's newest Zen in Bloom Collection is A.M.A.Z.I.N.G! The products I received from this collection are so pretty and each and every one of them will be used regularly...especially the Lip Lacquer. :) The other products I was sent are awesome as well. Thinking of You is wonderful and Satin Hands is quite an impressive line as well. I would definitely recommend these products to anyone looking to impress and show their mom just how much they really do care this Mother's Day.
Mary Kay has offered to give a Thinking of You Eau de Parfum away to one of you! Here are your entry options...
