This sauce is not spicy at all which is what I love about it. It has a tiny bit of a zing to it but not so much that you are running for a glass of water. I absolutely loved the flavor of this sauce and my children also enjoyed it added to their taco pizza too. They actually used it as a dipping sauce rather than drizzled all over the top of their pizza. I didn't mind though, the fact that they loved this sauce was a bit step towards eating a bit healthier. Just a reminder too...Citizen Chef's sauces are:
~100% Natural~
~Gluten Free~
~Dairy Free (all SKU’s except the Parmesan Primavera)~
